After experiencing assault in the Army, Dr. Diandra Poe founded Glass Soldier, an organization dedicated to addressing the cultural and structural conditions that allow military sexual trauma to persist. Guided by a belief that healing can lead to purpose, she completed six years of service and now dedicates her career to supporting survivors and reforming military culture.
